Locality Analysis

Greater Noida is an established residential area comprising good social and retail infrastructure along with sound connectivity. It is also close to key employment hubs along Noida Expressway as well as NSEZ and Surajpur Industrial Area. It is 55 kms from the airport, 35 kms from the nearest railway station, and 27 kms from the National Highway.Greater Noida is connected to Agra by the six-lane Yamuna Expressway. The annual Indian Grand Prix is held at the Buddh International Circuit. Roads are wide with service lanes for every major road.

The sectors are named by letters of the Greek alphabet. All cabling and utilities have been built underground. Alpha, Beta, and Gamma are the oldest sectors.

The 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th Auto Expos (The Motor Show) were held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, in February 2014, 2016 and 2018, 2020 respectively.

  • Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC) in Greater Noida has already started releasing properties to willing investors at a price for INR 5,100–11,000 per square metre which will vary according to the demand of land i.e. the bigger the land, lower will be the bidding.

ACE got a good reputation in the market & considered as balanced builder who don’t get into the many projects at time & focus on deliveries. There is no delay seen in ongoing projects as the builder is cash rich. The positive point is that they keep the maintenance of the project with them even after the delivery of the project. However, Ace Group is dealing in joint ventures in several other projects in Noida and Greater Noida so there may be disputes related to maintenance or possession in those projects.

The project size is small but contains all the facilities required in a group housing project. 95% of the property is sold out. The price is very competitive. The nearest metro station GNIDA Office is at a distance of 3 km. The project has good road connectivity with NH-34. Green City Hospital is within 2 km and the proposed Jewar International Airport is at a distance of 8 km.

  • The project is situated nearby a local village of Gujjars, so if we see at the locality outside the society, it is not very good. 
  • If we talk about the crime rate of Greater Noida, its also very high. Many times the crimes happens in the daylight. The roads remains deserted in the day time.
