Sector1, Greater Noida is a rapidly developing and one of the most promising locations within Greater Noida.Its proximity to under-construction FNG (Faridabad NOIDA Ghaziabad) Expressway, is the main growth driver of this locality. It is a well-planned area providing a comfortable living atmosphere. At present, the area is sparsely populated. Some of the popular builders here include ATS builders, Trident Infrahomes Builders, Stellar Spring Projects with their projects ATS Destinaire, Trident Embassy and Stellar One respectively. Sector 1 Greater Noida is located in proximity to the Formula One Racing Track and Noida Stadium. Noida's highly demanded real estate destinations such as Knowledge Park V, Sector 10 Noida Extension, Sector 12 Noida Extension, Sector 2 Noida Extension, Sector 88 and Surajpur are the neighboring locations.

  • The area links to National Highway 24 from Sector 16, Noida Extension.
  • Boraki Halt Railway Station and Sector 52 Noida Metro Station is located at a distance of 19.7 km and 12.3 km respectively.
  • Indira Gandhi International Airport is at a distance of 44.5 km.
  • State transport bus has started from Golf Course Metro Station to Gaur City.This will provide much-needed connectivity to Noida Extension. This also connects the Gaur Chowk with a metro line of Noida in terms of two hops service (bus and metro).
  • Shuttl (A transport company) has started good quality to and fro shuttle services from Gaur City Noida extension to City Center Metro Station at a reasonable rate of Rs. 45 per person. It takes only 10 – 15 minutes in the bus trip.
  • FNG Expressway is under construction which will be connecting to the cities of Ghaziabad ,Noida & Faridabad, it will cut travel time to Faridabad which will be hardly at 5 km from the project.
  • Widening work of NH 24 is expected to be completed within 1 year, it will improve connectivity to Delhi ,Hapur ,Meerut etc. it's just 4km away from the site.
  • Another direct approach from Sector 78 Noida through new bridge (Under Construction).

Gaur Mulberry Mansion is a super luxurious under-construction project. The amenities are luxurious as per its price range and other projects in the vicinity. The construction of the project is on time and as per the completion schedule. The layout is well-planned with beautiful landscape and open green area. The nearest metro station is Noida Sec-101. The project has a good road connectivity with NH - 34. Yathrath super speciality hospital is at a distance of 4km and the proposed Jewar International Airport is at a distance of 15 km.

  • Greater Noida West is not capable to handle population beyond a certain limit but due to affordability & planned infrastructure it has become the favorable destination of First time home buyers.
  • Due to overall Increase in Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Greater Noida West infrastructure is not designed & developed to handle the population beyond a certain level. Later which could result in over-crowding, traffic jams etc. 
  • Area’s physical infrastructure and amenities need a lot of improvement. Internal roads are currently in a bad shape. For electricity, residents have to depend on the society’s power supply and backup provisions.
  • During peak hours lot of traffic congestion seen at Gaur Chowk.
  • Lack of public transport means that Greater Noida West is not very easily accessible, especially for those who do not own a private vehicle.
  • Owing to few people residing here, security is another key aspect that needs to be addressed. This is especially crucial for families where both partners are working.
