The project is approximately 10km from Noida Expressway which gives seamless connectivity with Gr Noida ,Agra & Lucknow.NH-24 is approx. 13 km which connects with Meerut ,Hapur etc.It also offers good connevctivity with several other important highways and expressways such as Eastern Express way Entry point is 23 KM which further connects with the states of Haryana & Rajasthan . It boosts good connectivity with the entire Delhi NCR ,public transport is easily available. Nearby metro station is Noida Sector 101 at a distance of approx. 400 metres. Railway connectivity is sorted as Ghaziabad Station is approximately 18 KM & New Delhi Railway Station is approx. 32 KM from this project .Nearest Airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport which is at a distance of 43 km.

The company has four decades of experience in the real estate industry and develops residential, commercial and retail properties. The group is synonymous with the development of iconic structures in its existing area of operations namely Ghaziabad and Noida regions of NCR and has already delivered approx. 15.76 million sq ft covering approx. 11,500 residential units, besides hotels and commercial spaces. The development of approx. 11.57million sq ft covering about 7,500 units is currently in progress.

The group had a turnover of about Rs. 9,000 million during the year 2017-18, whereas the turnover of Rs. 17,000 million approx. is expected from the current projects in future years.

Mahagun Mezzaria is a luxury segment ready-to-move project. The construction quality is excellent and the units are very smartly designed keeping the comfort & luxury in mind. It has semi-furnished apartments & penthouses and the specifications are rich. Few apartments have double height entrance lobbies & double height living rooms. The nearest metro station Sec 76 is only 1 km away. The road connectivity with Noida Expressway is also good. There are good hospitals in the vicinity and the proposed Jewar International Airport is only 20 km away.

  • Sector 78 is not completely developed, construction work is going on, due to which security lapses are there.
  • Its located within all group housing sectors so overall density will be high, which may lead to traffic jam. There are limitations in infrastructure.
  • Being part of Central Noida, connectivity with Delhi is not traffic free, as compare to Noida expressway. That’s why preferable luxury destination in Noida is Expressway .
