Locality Analysis

There are several infrastructure developments being planned near to the Yamuna Expressway. The most important landmark being Jewar International Airport. The project has good road connectivity with Yamuna Expressway. A hospital is within 7km distance and the proposed Jewar International Airport is at a distance of 21 km.

  • The locality is near to three main expressways. The DND Flyway, which connects Noida and Delhi, runs across the river Yamuna and receives heavy patronage from office-goers in the city. The second is the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the third is the Yamuna Expressway which connects Noida to Agra via Mathura.

  • It is also close to key employment hubs along Noida Expressway as well as NSEZ and Surajpur Industrial Area.
