ACE got a good reputation in the market & considered as balanced builder who don’t get into the many projects at time & focus on deliveries. There is no delay seen in ongoing projects as the builder is cash rich. The positive point is that they keep the maintenance of the project with them even after the delivery of the project. However, Ace Group is dealing in joint ventures in several other projects in Noida and Greater Noida so there may be disputes related to maintenance or possession in those projects.

Ace Aspire is an affordable segment under construction project. Huge supply of residential units and poor infrastructure in the vicinity is a major drawback. The nearest metro station Noida sec-101 is 7 km away. Metro connectivity is proposed within a radius of 1 km and an IT hub is proposed nearby. The project has good road connectivity with NH-34. Arogya Hospitals is within 5 km and the proposed Jewar International Airport is at a distance of 21 km.

  • Tech Zone IV's proximity to major industries and expressways has led to an increase in industrial pollution and minor motor accidents in the area.
  • Over a period of time when more people will shift to Noida Extension the place is likely to get congested.
