Locality Analysis

The area links well to NH 24, from Sector 16, Noida Extension. Boraki Halt Railway Station and Sector 52 Noida Metro Station is located at a distance of 19.7km and 12.3km respectively.Indira Gandhi International Airport is at a distance of 44.5 kilometers.State transport bus has started from Golf Course Metro Station to Gaur City.This will provide much-needed connectivity to Noida Extension. This also connects the Gaur Chowk with a metro line of Noida in terms of two hops service (bus and metro).Shuttl (A transport company) has started to and fro shuttle services from Gaur City, Noida Extension to City Center Metro Station at a reasonable rate of Rs. 45 per person. It takes only 10 – 15 minutes in the trip.

  • FNG Expressway is under construction which will be connecting Ghaziabad ,Noida & Faridabad ,it will cut travel time to Faridabad , with its 5 km stretch. 
  • Widening work of NH 24 is expected to be completely within 1 year, it will improve connectivity to cities of Delhi ,Hapur ,Meerut etc. Its just 4km away from location.
  • Another direct connectivity from Sector 78 Noida through new bridge (Under-Construction)

ATS Nobility is a mid-segment newly launched project with only 2 apartments on each floor. Construction of the project has started and the pace is good. The nearest metro station is at a distance of 17 km and the project has a good road connectivity with Delhi - Meerut Expressway. A hospital is within 4km distance and the proposed Jewar International Airport is at a 30 min driveway.

  • Greater Noida West is not capable to handle population beyond a certain limit but due to affordability & planned infrastructure it has become the favorable destination of first time home buyers.
  • Due to overall increase in Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Greater Noida West will not be able to handle high density population which will later result in overcrowding & traffic jams.
  • In peak hours lot of traffic congestion can be seen at Gaur Chowk.
  • Lack of public transport means that Greater Noida West is not very easily accessible, especially for those who do not own a private vehicle.
  • Owing to few people residing here, security is another key aspect that need to be addressed. This is especially crucial for families where both partners are working.
