  • Shuttl (A transport company) has started good quality to and fro shuttle services from Gaur City Noida extension to City Center Metro Station at a reasonable rate of Rs. 45 per person. It takes only 10 – 15 minutes in the bus trip.
  • FNG Expressway is under construction which will be connecting to the cities of Ghaziabad ,Noida & Faridabad, it will cut travel time to Faridabad which will be hardly at 5 km from the project.

They have recently launched several projects and their high burden in respect to project execution deadlines. Debt level has also eroded drastically on builder. ATS has presence in Noida, Greater Noida West with a number of unsold inventories. If anything goes wrong in the market builder’s cash flow could be blocked.

ATS Destinaire is a luxury segment under-construction project with only 2 apartments on each floor with every unit possessing proper ventilation and light. The amenities with other projects in the vicinity and in the same price range are quite average. The construction of the project is as per schedule. The specifications are high-end. The existing metro station is at a distance of 18 km and the project has a good road connectivity with NH 34. The proposed Jewar International Airport is at a distance of 18 km.

  • Greater Noida West is not capable to handle population beyond a certain limit but due to affordability & planned infrastructure it has become the favorable destination of first time home buyers.
  • Due to overall increase in Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Greater Noida West will not be able to handle high density population which will later result in overcrowding & traffic jams.
  • In peak hours lot of traffic congestion can be seen at Gaur Chowk.
  • Lack of public transport means that Greater Noida West is not very easily accessible, especially for those who do not own a private vehicle.
  • Owing to few people residing here, security is another key aspect that need to be addressed. This is especially crucial for families where both partners are working.
