Mahagun Mantra I & II are mid-segment projects. Considering the project area, the number of units are in sync. The project is delayed with chances of it being delayed further. Specifications are good. Currently, the closest metro station is Sec 81 Noida which is at a distance of 13 km but there is a proposed metro connectivity in the vicinity which is an extension of Noida-Greater Noida Metro. The project has good connectivity with NH34 which is 7 km away. Kailash hospital is located at a distance of 2 km and is only 19 km away from the proposed Jewar International Airport.
